Kostiantyn Bondar is a Miami-based performance coach helping professionals and athletes build stronger, more resilient bodies. His coaching combines strength training, conditioning, and mobility systems with principles shaped through more than two decades of hybrid athletic practice.

Who is this free audit for?

What happens during the 30-minute audit?
We screen key movement patterns, establish simple baseline markers, and give you clear recommendations based on your body, training history, and goals.
Do I need access to a full gym?
No. The audit is done over a video call, so a gym is not required.
Just wear comfortable training clothes and make sure you have enough space to move. A yoga mat and a pair of dumbbells can help, but they are optional.
Is this medical or clinical coaching?
No. This is performance coaching focused on movement quality, durability, and physical capacity. If you have an acute medical issue, you should work with a qualified healthcare professional.
